After a period of serious concerns with The Clubspot — the third-party platform our club previously used for member management — Wilson Ice Member Only Club has officially ended its relationship with that company and moved forward independently.
The Clubspot removed all of our access to the platform without notice or authorization — cutting off our ability to serve our members. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, they failed to respond or take corrective action.
What this means for our members
We are happy to confirm the following:
Your data has been fully removed from The Clubspot's system. All member information previously held on their platform is no longer stored there.
Your membership is fully intact. This change does not affect your membership status, benefits, or standing with the club in any way.
We are moving forward with a better solution. Our team is actively working to ensure seamless member management going forward.

The privacy and security of our members' information have always been our top priority. We took immediate steps the moment access was removed to protect our community, and we will continue to hold any platform or vendor we work with to the highest standard.
