We want to inform you of a current system access issue affecting Wilson Ice.

At this time, the system powered by The ClubSpot has been locked, and both members and our internal team are unable to access accounts. We are actively in contact with the vendor to understand the cause and work toward restoring access as quickly as possible.

What this means for you:

  • The system is temporarily unavailable, and no one is able to log in at this time.
  • This includes both member accounts and administrative access.
  • Your account information and membership details remain safe* and unchanged.

We understand how inconvenient this is and appreciate your patience while we work with the vendor to resolve the issue. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information or when access is restored.
